Swimming for children with a coach

Professional instructors with an individual approach to each child will awaken the love of water and swimming in every child!
Classes are suitable for children over 3.5 – 4 years old.
No prior registration is required.
Required: swimming cap, goggles, flip-flops, swimsuit and towel.

Adult swimming with a coach

It’s never too late to learn to swim!
The class is with a trainer and is a group class, but the exercises vary individually according to your level. Suitable for both absolute beginners and advanced swimmers.

Aquaspinning

High-intensity training that will burn excess fat. The exercises involve a load on all muscles.
Great figure and good mood without stress on the joints. The training is suitable for adults. Both complete beginners and more advanced are welcome. Pre-registration is not required.

Baby Swimming

Group activity with songs, games and swimming. Suitable for children aged 5m – 4 years with a parent.
A family experience for healthy and strong children.
The training sessions are held with an instructor in the water in a group of parents with their children.
No prior registration is required.
Required for baby: water diaper (if the child is wearing a diaper) or swimsuit, and a towel.

Swimming for children with a coach

Our super coaches will teach every child to love swimming! Classes are group and are suitable for children over 3.5 – 4 years old.
In each of the announced swimming classes for children, there are groups for both beginners and advanced.
The instructors will approach each child individually and will make sure to give personal attention to each swimmer.
– No prior registration is required!
– Children must have: a hat, goggles, flip-flops, swimsuit and towel.
– Parents wait outside the pool.

GROUP ACTIVITIES

Diverse and extremely useful specially designed workouts for adults – workouts for a beautiful figure.

Aquaspinning

A high-intensity cardio workout to burn excess fat without putting stress on your joints. The workout includes underwater cycling, upper body and abdominal exercises.
Duration: 60 min.
Required: hat, swimsuit, flip-flops and towel.

High-intensity training with a complex of exercises suitable for every age and tailored to the individual’s sports level. Helps to lose excess weight, tones muscles, strengthens the heart and is gentle on joints.

Salt room DPOOL

Salt therapy for higher immunity, healthy respiratory tract, clear sinuses and more beautiful skin and many more benefits.
Stay:
Child with companion – 30 min.; Adult – 60 min.
The room has built-in underfloor heating for a greater effect.
We recommend light clothing and bare feet.
It is advisable not to consume food and drinks for 30 min. after the visit.
Salt therapy is suitable for babies over 6m. and pregnant women.
